At Slip, we want you to love your silk essentials as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original silk-lined packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
